Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only.
How to return
Contact our customer service for a return authorization and the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After inspection, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are nonārefundable.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos may be required.
Nonāreturnable items
We cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or items marked final sale. Gift cards are also nonāreturnable.
